Anonymous said: hopefully both of you will understand who I am. If you are in an elevator with a group of strangers; is it socially acceptable to lick people? *hint: I am referred to as a babbling brooke :P*

Well Hi! Thanks for checking out the blog, oh classmate of mine!

This is the Queer-Bird. Look how majestical she is. ;3

No, you do not! Some lesbians when they come out choose to cut their hair off and dress like a boy to show that they’re gay, but you do not have to in any way. Only if you want to. Just as there are “butch lesbians” there are “femme lesbians” who look like any girl out there.

This also goes for gay men, you don’t have to suddenly grow your hair out and act girly, just be yourself!

You’re friend is still the same person she “used to be” before she came out to you. Nothing about her has changed. She can still go shoe-shopping with you, and wear frilly dresses, and like girls all at the same time. Remember, being a gay woman means you are attracted to WOMEN, girlishness and all!

Hi there!, Welcome to the wonderful world of HOMOSEXUALITY. Now whether you have stumbled across us because you are questioning yourself or are questioning someone else, please stick around. I won’t peck you to death! This blog is made by myself, Queer-Bird, or just Bird, and Buzzbian, or Bee. As gay advocates in our community we have decided to take our rainbow-coloured selves onto this magical interweb. SO! How this works: Submit a confession, a question, a comment an we’ll post it up for others to see. If you don’t want to post as yourself, feel free to be anonymous. Just remember- We won’t reblog hate or something overly crude-and-rude, but other than that we are TOTALLY OPEN. If you have a question we will try to answer it to the best of our ability! See you around!
